I am a veteran of many real estate transactions all over Wisconsin. Most of my customers come to me from past client referrals. Studies show that people deal with people they trust and like, chemistry is particularly important.

A real estate transaction is a short term, intense personal relationship that requires all parties to cooperate and work together toward a common goal! Along that same thought process, I understand that all personalities do not mix well. I work hard at being completely honest with the client's I work with and giving accurate information about current market conditions and values.

Throughout my real estate career, I have constantly worked at staying on top of real estate markets, so that I can give my client's state of the art service! This includes financing real estate, conditions that affect the real estate market and current developments that affect the real estate market.

I am a member of the National Realtors Associations, Wisconsin Realtors Association, as well as the Northwestern Wisconsin Multiple Listings Service. I hold designations Broker Price Opion and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. These enable me to help my clients determine value of their real estate and negotiate on their behalf. Real estate transactions are usually the biggest single financial transaction that most people make in their lifetime.
