Our History
In 1977, after working in the construction industry and then going back to school, I opened a small real estate company. My goal was and continues to be exemplery service to my clients. In 1994, I started auctioning real estate and in 1999 I obtained a Wisconsin Auctioneer's License.
I have sold many properties at online and live onsite auctions. In this active real estate market, auctioning your real estate can be your best option! Over the years I have listed and sold commercial properties, income properties, homes, vacant land and industrial properties all over Wisconsin for individuals, financial institutions, companies, bankruptcy court, attorneys, relocation companies and many others.These have been at auction sales and conventional sales.

I have successfully sold and closed many properties over the past 40+ years. To give my customers the best personal service and attention, I limit the number of properties I have in my listing inventory. Real Estate Training
Over the years I have continued to add to my real estate expertise with additional designations. I hold the BPOR and RENE designations from the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource) is recognized nationally as having expertise in valuing real estate. Valuing your real estate can be complicated and difficult. With the BPOR methods there are standards and processes that are followed that help uncomplicate the process.
RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) is recognized nationally as having expertise in negotiating real estate transactions for my clients. As with valuing real estate, negotiating a sale or purchase real of real estate can be difficult and stressful!
With the training involved in obtaining the Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation, we learned techniques that showed how to move the transaction along with less stress and still meet deadlines needed!
